From measuring and welding to piecing it all together, every stage of the process has been carefully considered. Their philosophy shines through: each project is nurtured like it’s their own, with every detail designed to be fit for purpose. With years of experience working alongside chefs, creators and restaurateurs, they bring knowledge and skill that’s second to none.
Watching this grill take shape has been a true “wow” moment for us. And soon, it’ll be at the very centre of Salvador – where we’ll be firing up premium cuts from our in-house butcher and fishmonger, serving bold wood-fired dishes that celebrate flavour at its best.
We can’t wait to get cooking when Arthur’s Market opens this October. 🔥
